有耶穌基督自己為房角石，各房靠他聯絡得合式，漸漸成為主的聖殿。你們也靠他同被建造，成為神藉著聖靈居住的所在。（以弗所書 2:20-22）
新堂於五月中旬奠基，弟兄姊妹憑信心寫下了禱告或經文，收集放在盒子裡，埋在新堂的房角，成為本會的「房角石獻詞 Cornerstone Statements」，將此堂獻與耶穌基督。
